We want your experience with Buyini ERP to be smooth, highly secure and transparent. These terms define our contractual framework of use.
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using the software suite and services of Buyini ERP, you agree to be bound by these general terms. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you certify that you hold the necessary authority. If you do not accept these provisions, please immediately stop any use of our services.
Authorized Use and Service Access
You undertake to use Buyini ERP in a strictly legal and responsible manner, in line with the intended use of business management tools, and without compromising the integrity, security or accessibility of our infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the application (source code, software architectures, graphical interfaces, logos, trademarks and technical documentation) remain the exclusive property of Buyini. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these terms of use.
User Account and Security
To use our modules, a secure administrator account is assigned to you. You are the sole guarantor of the confidentiality of your access credentials. Any action, modification or financial transaction carried out through your authentication access will be considered executed under your full responsibility.
Termination and Suspension
Buyini reserves the full right to restrict, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your access to the ERP ecosystem without notice, in the event of recurring payment default or manifest breach of these contractual obligations.
Service and Terms Modifications
To evolve our modular ERP features, our contractual clauses may be updated regularly. In that case, we will ensure transparent notification through an alert on your management interface or by email.
